Delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the Peptified mobile app or submit a request using the email address associated with your account.

Delete in the mobile app

1. Sign in to the Peptified app.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address connected to your account with the subject Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

Account authentication details, the associated user profile, and the saved research list are deleted. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons may be kept for the required period and restricted from ordinary account use.
